Welcome to xcale. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

xcale is an AI agent platform designed for business automation via WhatsApp.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use xcale for spam, illegal content, or harassment. AI agents must be used responsibly and legally.

5. WhatsApp Compliance

Users must strictly comply with WhatsApp Business policies and Meta's terms of service. Violation may result in immediate suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

xcale retains all ownership rights to the platform and its underlying technology. Users retain all rights and ownership to their own data.

7. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a subscription basis in COP (Colombian Pesos). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not offer SLA guarantees for free tiers. Services are provided on a 'best effort' basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

xcale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Bogota, Colombia.
